company we will use based on your exact location. Every order
is priced checked across all 3 shipping companies and
the lowest price company is who we will use. This helps keep
your cost down, we see little difference in which company we
use… so
we shop by price and save you money.

TonneauCoversOne.com ships via FedEx and UPS. Extra shipping charges will apply for all orders shipped outside of the continental U.S. and Canada.
With each order, you will be contacted by us via email by the
next business day with information regarding who your shipping
company is. From time to time, we will have a manufacturer ship
your item directly to you if we are out of stock. This is the
exception, and we prefer to control that part of our business.
If this does happen, we internally track your package for you,
providing you with updates as often as you like.
On average, we stock 97% of what
we sell. So, your order will most likely be on its way the
next day. Tonneau covers leave
Michigan the next day, standard ground. Delivery times range from
2-6 days depending on were you live. We can provide you with
a tracking number for your product as
soon as it ships, or at about 48 hours, if requested.
We regret that we can not inform
you of the shipper instantly, but we believe our system saves
as much as $8 on the average
shipping cost… and all orders seem to get to their destination

Shipping Damage
If the box comes damaged, you can still accept it. If the products
inside are all still good then its OK.
If any product is damaged, we ship a whole new unit to you, and
at that time a call tag will come for the damaged goods.You pay
no expenses, and we interface with the carrier to get our money
back for the damages and additional freight.
