· The average shipping time is 4-7 business days.
· Covers manufactured-to-order may take an additional 14+ business days.
· TonneauCoversOne.com ships via FedEx and UPS. Extra shipping charges will apply for all orders shipped outside of the continental U.S. and Canada.

Package was lost or damaged:
· Packages lost in shipping should be handled via UPS or FedEx customer service department.
· If a product is damaged during shipping, please contact the shipper within 48 hours of delivery. We can not be held responsible and are unable to assist in damages caused by the shipper.

Tracking Numbers:
Tracking numbers will be sent when they are given from FedEx or UPS
Due to some Tonneau Covers being dropped shipped from the manufacture, your cover may arrive before the tracking number is emailed to you.

Why do some covers take so long to be delivered?:
· Tonneau covers manufactured to order take extra time, based on the fact that the cover is built specifically for you. The “build” adds additional time to your order. The average built-to-order cover has a 1-3 day processing time, 7-10 day build time and a 5-7 day shipping time.
· Out of stock items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, causing a slight processing delay. We will notify you in the rare case of a vendor backorder.
